Returns & Exchanges

At Mondetta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are securely attached, and fix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
